Welcome to SkillRise360! Before you proceed with your training, please review the following important disclosures regarding our policies. These guidelines are in place to ensure the best experience for all participants and clarify the procedures for registration, cancellations, communications, course requirements, and more. By continuing with your registration, you agree to abide by these terms.
Minimum Seat Requirements (for Public Courses Only)
To provide the best learning experience, we require a minimum number of participants for all live workshops. If the minimum seat requirement still needs to be met, we reserve the right to cancel the course. In such cases, you will be given the option to receive credit for future classes or to attend the next scheduled session. Please note that no refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
Email Communications
It is crucial to enter a valid and accurate email address during registration. Please also check your inbox regularly, including your spam or junk folders, for any communications about your upcoming course. Should you encounter any technical difficulties or issues with registration, please contact our support team at least five (5) business days before the course begins. Failure to verify your email address or report technical problems promptly may impact your enrollment, and refunds will not be issued under these conditions.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel your registration, please refer to the following policy:
- Rescheduling and Cancellations with Prior Notice: If you cancel at least fifteen (15) business days before the course begins, you will receive full credit toward another session.
- Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made fewer than fourteen (14) business days before the course start date will receive a 50% partial credit toward a future session.
- No Shows: Participants who fail to attend without prior notice will not receive credit for future sessions, nor will a refund be issued.
- Substitution Option: If you cannot attend, you may substitute another person from your organization. Please notify us by email at least fifteen (15) business days before the course start date.
Refund & Transfer Policy
- No Refunds: SkillRise360 does not offer course refunds once payment has been processed and enrollment is confirmed.
- Transfer Credits: If you cannot attend a course for any reason, we offer the option to transfer your enrollment to another course within the same calendar year. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email to [customerservice@skillrise360.com] at least fifteen (15) business days before the course start date. Transfer credits are subject to availability and may not be transferable to third-party programs or after the course has commenced.
SHRM and HRCI Course Certificates
For all SHRM and HRCI-certified live training sessions, you must attend the entire session to be eligible for a certificate of completion. Certificates will be issued within five (5) business days after we verify attendance. If you haven’t received your certificate, please request assistance.
Certificate of Completion for Program
Participants must be present for the entire program to receive a certificate of completion for live training. You must attend all parts of the session to receive a certificate. If you wish to re-enroll to complete the course, there will be a $50 re-enrollment fee for the next available session.
No Recording Policy
We do not record our live training sessions. We aim to create a highly interactive learning environment and maintain confidentiality during all sessions.
Copyright Policy
Without prior written consent, the recording, reproducing, or replicating any SkillRise360 training materials or virtual events is prohibited. This includes audio, video, screenshots, and written materials. Unauthorized use of content will be subject to legal action.
Complaint Process
We encourage you to contact us promptly with any concerns or complaints regarding your training experience. You must email customerservice@skillrise360.com within three (3) business days of the issue arising. We are committed to resolving all concerns in a timely and effective manner. Our team will review your complaint and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
