Virtual Training

The Virtual Training FAQs provide essential information and answers to common questions regarding participation, policies, and technical details for our online courses.

Once you register for your virtual course, you will receive an email confirmation with your workbook, and your Zoom meeting link will be located within your SkillRise360 account. If you are unable to retrieve your course information, please get in touch with us at customerservice@skillrise360.com.

A reliable internet connection and a computer or mobile device with audio/video capabilities are required. Additionally, a separate phone or device should be used for technical support. You will also need access to a PDF reader for your course workbook.

Yes, colleagues or friends may join the virtual course with you, provided they register and secure their own seats by completing payment simultaneously. All participants are required to have an individual registration and a confirmed seat. If it is determined that an individual is allowing others to participate without proper registration or payment, the trainer reserves the right to remove the unregistered participant from the session.

Participants can access their certificates of completion by downloading them from their SkillRise360 accounts. If you are unable to retrieve your course certificate, please get in touch with us at customerservice@skillrise360.com.

To ensure a comfortable and engaging environment for all participants, we do not record any of our training sessions. This policy is in place to encourage open sharing and active participation throughout the course.

While it is not mandatory to have your camera on during the course, we highly encourage it. Having your camera on helps foster a more interactive and engaging learning environment, allowing you to participate fully and connect with both the facilitator and fellow participants. However, if you are unable to do so, we understand and welcome your participation in other ways.

Each Zoom meeting link is unique and assigned to the individual registrant based on their email address. As such, the link is only valid for the registered person and should not be forwarded to others. Only the registered participant is permitted to use the link.

According to our refund policy, we do not offer refunds once payment has been processed and enrollment has been confirmed. However, if you cannot attend the virtual course, you may request to transfer your enrollment to another course within the same calendar year. Transfer requests must be made in writing via email to customerservice@skillrise360.com at least 15 business days before the course start date. Please note that transfers are subject to availability and cannot be made after the course has commenced or to third-party programs.

SkillRise360 provides a variety of virtual training courses, on-demand professional development, and corporate/group training programs tailored to individual and organizational learning needs.

Most courses are designed for general professional development and do not require prerequisites, but some advanced programs may suggest prior experience. Check each course description for specific recommendations.

Once you enroll in an on-demand course, you have 60 days from registration to complete it. You can progress at your own pace during this period but be sure to finish within the 60-day window. Some certifications may have additional time limits, so check your course details for specifics.

Some courses may qualify for SHRM and HRCI credits, depending on the course and your certification requirements. Contact support for documentation and submission guidance.

SkillRise360 offers customized pricing and packages for corporate groups and teams. Pricing varies based on size and training format.

Virtual live training is scheduled with a facilitator in real time, while on-demand courses are self-paced and available anytime after enrollment.

SkillRise360 does not have scheduled in-person training, but options may be available depending on the course. If your company has a location in Virginia, a trainer can potentially be arranged on-site. Contact the team to discuss availability and scheduling.

You can register multiple people directly on our website, and an invoice will be emailed to you automatically. For large groups of 10 or more, you can complete a training request form, and a training specialist will provide a bulk invoice.
